The Skill Wheel will help you track your skill progression and get the correct skills upon levelling to correspond with your final build aim. Note that since the skill system was changed from the original to the expansions, there are separate skill wheels for Heroes V, Hammers of Fate, and Tribes of the East. It can be found in the folder 'FanDocuments', together with the Heroes of Might and Magic V fan manual. The wheel was developed by the Heroes fan Aurelain, and was eventually included in Tribes of the East. It shows which skills are available for each class, how to get them, and which skills must be selected to unlock the last racial skill. The skill wheel is a fan-made addition to Heroes of Might and Magic V that lets players see how the skills in the game are connected.
